Growing a hero in the Adventures mode is not only about combat. Much of life in the shared world of Bumki is spent on peaceful work: you gather raw materials and turn them into useful things. It's a calm but important side of the game, rarely seen in an ordinary bomberman.

How to gather materials

Resources are scattered right across the world, and each needs its own approach. Ore and stone are mined with a pickaxe, wood with an axe, and herbs and berries can be picked simply by hand. The tool in your hands determines exactly what you can take from a node. It's handy to read about the tools and other items in the items section.

Nodes deplete

An ore vein or a tree is not an endless source. After a few harvests a gathering node depletes, and for a while you can't take anything from it. But it's not forever: after some time it restores on its own. That's why experienced players remember several spots and rotate between them instead of staying at a single vein.

Crafting by recipes

Gathered materials are the groundwork for crafting. Right from the inventory you can make useful things by recipes: for example, torches and arrows are made from wood. Resources and tools together form the economy of Adventures: some things you gather yourself, others you share or trade with other players. More complex products — such as your own weapons and armor — are a direction that is gradually developing, so it's worth checking back on crafting regularly.
